Description:
Ensure operational efficiencies throughout Oxarc. Apply operational best practices and track results. Track asset utilization and inventories to assure customer needs are met. Reduce operating cost through the implementation of best practices. Supervises Pasco Operations Supervisors, Spokane Plant Manager, and Administrative Assistant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, engineering degree preferred.
  • 10 plus years operations management experience. MUST BE the packaged gas industry.
  • Overseeing all production and distribution activities.
  • Responsible for safety and compliance.
  • Staff, train, and coach employees.
  • Creates and manages operational plans to accomplish business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills and experience.
  • Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, Outlook), copiers, printers, and fax machines.
  • Strong written, verbal, persuasive and interpersonal skills.
  • Drug screen, physical and background check required.
    • Additional Information:
    Salary Range: $150,000-$225,000.00/Annually. (The salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary for this position. Expected hiring salary is DOE)

Employees are eligible for most benefits on the first of the month following 90 days of employment. However, some benefits have different qualifying periods. Medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance is effective on the 91st day of employment.
