Store Manager (In Training)
Department: Management
Location: Bend, OR
Work with current management to direct and supervise all activities of the store and warehouse. Implement all established Oxarc policies and procedures. Ensure customer needs are met through prompt and courteous service.
  • 3-5 years industry experience and 2-3 years customer experience.
  • 1-2 year supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Manage the daily activities of the store and warehouse.
  • Ability to manage, direct and motivate team members.
  • Strong written, verbal, persuasive and interpersonal skills; decision-maker.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, visually and verbally with internal and external contacts.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills –TIMS experience is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), copiers, printers, and fax machines.
  • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
  • Night and week-end on-call as necessary.
  • Must pass drug screen, motor vehicle, and background check.
